EV Infrastructure Grant for Landlords (2025–2026)
If you’re a landlord or residential property owner looking to prepare your site for multiple EV chargepoints — either now or in future — the OZEV EV Infrastructure Grant for Landlords offers generous funding for the installation of supporting infrastructure.
You could receive up to £30,000 per building, covering groundwork such as cabling, distribution boards, and trenching — even if you only plan to install a few sockets initially. This grant supports the wider building work needed to install multiple EV chargepoints, now or in future. It covers things like wiring, cabling, and posts. You can get 75% off the total cost, up to a maximum of £30,000 per building.
